I looked up how to take care of it, at least temporarily, in short term as it is late and none of the pet stores or wild life places are open... I have it sitting upon a warm surface, or in my case a steamed up packet of broccoli wrapped in a towel. The ehow thing said to give it wet dog or cat food, so lucky for the beasty I happened to have some left over cat food... Gotta feed the little pest every 15 minutes so... Let's see how it goes... My room mates girlfriend says it'll probably die, she's an animal nut too. I hope that's not the case, but if it does, at least it'll die comfortably in a warm place, well fed.
It's the ugliest little black half fuzzy half naked thing in the world. And at the same time I find it so very cute.
Wish me luck guys, and any advice you can give me, pass it on

I hope he makes it, he has a great adopted mama now :]
DON'T DIE!
When I was 10 I found a little baby birdy on my stairs. I take he/she and put it on a warm place. And give always food. I was thinking that he/she would die on the next days, but no. It grow strong and healthy. And when I see it was prepare to leave. It start to fly. I will never forgot that birdy. i think his/her name was Pick.
And now that i'm thinking...if the bird survives you will be like tojo!XD
Good luck!^^
