Chapter 4 Page 72
So I toootttally forgot I was going to start Chapter 5, like, a few pages ago... Oh well, Chapter 4 can just be really really long XD
But yeah, so. We are developing a fun little dynamic here.
Dahlia does have the hots for Ahadi, but she is coming to realize that Uru is important to him so she is trying to encourage the friendship. She sorta wants them to be a trio. She also, probably, just assumes that Uru and Ahadi are best buddies, like brother and sister. So yes, you guys might be pissy with her for stealing Uru's man, but she doesn't really know what she's doing XD
Uru is very hurt at the moment. She's not used to sharing Ahadi's friendship, especially with a female that obviously enjoys Ahadi's company in a more than friendly fashion. Uru knows she's jealous, but doesn't want to admit it. Or admit that she might have feelings for Ahadi. Especially if Ahadi doesn't have feelings for her, at least that's what she's thinking. So yes, she was pissed they ditched her, but she is really avoiding them because she doesn't want to get hurt.
Ahadi is kinda just the dumb "what the hell is going on?" Character right now. He's known Uru for a huge chunk of his life, longer probably than the amount of time he lived with Dahlia before he was exiled. So there is sort of that sister thing going on in his mind. And Dahlia is a good friend too. He can confide in her without her making too much of a big deal about it. Plus, she sort of understands what he's been through. But he is also ignorant to Dahlia's affections towards him. So he doesn't realize that Uru is jealous, doesn't know why she's avoiding them, and doesn't know that Dahlia has the hots for him. He's just being a dumb teenage boy XD
Yay! They're all as bad as each other! Drama! Fun fact, I was originally going to make Dahlia a full on bitch. Like, constantly tries to push Uru away from Ahadi and stuff like that. But I've decided against that, simply because I can't imagine how Sarabi would come out as she did, if her mother was a bitch. Dahlia is a mega flirt though.
But that doesn't make her a bad person. So we have the friendly but flirtatious Dahlia. The gently, but worried Uru. And the confused Ahadi XD

good thing you didn't make Dahlia into some selfish bitch. even though it might've made things more interesting - y'know, drama! - this just isn't the way to thank someone who had saved your life.
